The headphone zone seems to be a better company.
Recently, I ordered castor pro bass, my first ever IEM from them. I am new to this, so I saw a youtube video and ordered one from concept kart.
The order was delivered on time, but I realised the iem hurt my right ear after usage of say 4-5 minutes so much so can't even use them properly. So I bought foam tips, tried them...nothing! Even bought a dac but I got to know dac has nothing to do with it. So I reached for their support, which was not a good experience, even reaching them.
Explained my grievance to them. And found out I cannot exchange them for any other IEM.
I mean everyone provides a return if there's a genuine issue, flipkart, amazon, Instamart etc.
They say it is mentioned somewhere in their "policies". I don't know. I don't know what to do. Can't use the iems, concept kart is not helping even a bit.
Guys recently got castor pro from concept kart, the audio quality is okay but the main difference was separation among different instruments.
Anyway, it's been 3 days and I am frustrated, the right ear pains within 10 minutes of use. It's not audio quality that I am sure. Any help what to do! Or do I have to just sell these?
Already tried all the eartips
Changing eq
The left one seems totally fine with no issues
Been using apple type c earphones for some time trying this first time. I hope it's not a waste of money
Any suggestions on how to take care of these?
Feeling mind fog kinda dizzy, a weird taste in my mouth! And some upset stomach. Guys how long does this go? Will this always be there?
