Does anyone know if this is a foot traffic or vehicle traffic stripe drain? I'm looking to replace it with a proper one. It's located on a driveway where passenger cars have to drive through.

completely new built, only 8 months old, driveway drain: those are our channel drains on common property that are getting worse and are now trip hazards and could damage our tyres.

we've raised it with the builder's maintenance guy multiple times but nothing has been done. the body corporate manager is aware too.

does this fall under the QBCC 6 year structural defect warranty? and what's the best way to get the builder to fix it?

also, can someone explain to me simple how a process would look like lodging a complaint with qbcc? and is this the right situation to go down that path?
