I can do the same show (Traitors, Love island, MAFs) in Aus, Canada, UK, Ireland but as soon as its 'USA USA USA' its soooo cringe!! Why?

Hi, I recently joined the gym, and it has life fitness machines, but I dont know what the numbers actually mean.

I can ask someone next time I go, but until I go again I want to try and work out what I did today.

Can anyone help please with this type of machine.

Thank you!
