How do the contestants of reality shows manage their laundry? Even everyday bathroom cleaning, women menstruating, or even smoking drinking assuming they are used to it.

have always wondered for shows like rise and fall, big boss, alliance, lockup etc

What Reality shows have the losing contestants getting trapped in there for a while and they don't return home after a while what are some examples?

I'm watching Dangerously Obese. The lady is 464 and is worried about ONE day getting diabetes. How does that work? I'm at 165lb and am fighting it off. I eat right. I could probably exercise more. But I just don't get how it works!

Have you ever put on a reality show just because you had nothing else to watch and then boom immediately hooked? Happened to me a few times with shows I was pretty sure I wouldn’t like lol. Sometimes it’s not even that good, you just get invested in the people and want to see what happens.

What show got you like this? Looking for ones where I dont have to suffer through half the season to like it

I can do the same show (Traitors, Love island, MAFs) in Aus, Canada, UK, Ireland but as soon as its 'USA USA USA' its soooo cringe!! Why?
