Stealth battery not charging to final light. What to do?

Hey all, basically the title. My other stealth’ light above power button does turn green when fully charged. This one does not. Any advice appreciated. The battery depletes quite quickly.

did the 2nd rep ever know about your 1st call with your 401k or IRA provider?

When u called your retirement plan or IRA custodian about something that took more than one call (like a rollover, consolidation, moving money), did the next rep have an idea of what you already discussed?

Or did you re-explain everything from scratch?

I feel like I'm wasting my time w/ some calls.
