Regen wrong

Based on my last post that did mention regen paddles I may be using it incorrectly. I'm not cheap really but I like the idea of getting those extra miles almost like a video game. Anyway for 2 months I assumed that 4 is the best so I just start going and paddle to 4 and leave it there every time for highway city stop and go whatever. I'm willing to shift levels some. Is there a better way to use the regen?

Not Tesla

I got the 2026 limited FWD6 weeks ago. People ask me all the time why didn't you get a Tesla and my answer is because everybody has a Tesla. I have nothing again the model y and I wish we had self driving. But I really wanted something different and I do like this car. There are a couple of things that bug me. The first and I don't know if there is a fix for this but the heads up display is difficult to see during the day. If the sun is shining in at all, I cant see much outside the speedometer. Also if I try to put a styrofoam coffee cup in the cupholder, I feel like it's going to break the cup trying to push it in. Last thing is the regen paddle. Why do I have to reselect it every time. No issues with the 12 volt so hopefully that is behind us for the most part. Very happy with my choice
