Are there any good societies with 5 marla houses located nearer to the center (or the Airport) within that budget range?

Also, would it make sense to sell my plot worth a crore in Phase 9 Prism and take a 1 crore loan through the new government loan scheme? I would be able to manage the installments comfortably. Phase 9 Prism still has several years to go before it becomes fully functional.

Where can I find commercial properties for sale in Lahore? How much investment is required to purchase shops in Lahore that generate at least 150,000 per month in rental income?

What would it cost to build a double-storey house on a 5 Marla plot in DHA today, assuming the plot is already owned? Does a corner plot affect construction costs? I'm looking for a good quality, well-built home, not high-end or designer, just solid and decent.

Also, what would it add to the budget if I wanted a full basement?
