Does anyone know what this error on a Jackery Explorer 1500 means? I have checked the manual and searched online and have not found it yet.

It is on a "broken" unit I am tempted to purchase to repair. I just want to know as much as I can about what may be wrong with it before I decide to go for it. I have most electronic repair tools except a scope and a spot welder but the item is listed online so I can't get hands on it before purchasing.
