Separate Grouping for DLC Achievements

I've heard rumors here and there that Steam will be adding a rework to their achievement system later this year.
I'd love it if we got a system closer to Playstation, where DLC achievements are bundled independently rather than getting thrown into the base game's achievement pool.

Anyone have any sources or info to support these rumors?

It's pretty frustrating that I keep losing my 100% on games when DLC comes out. Then I'm faced with a pay wall to obtain the new content and grind it out to regain my 100%. The linked reddit thread is an example of this frustration.

Frustration with Steam

It's really unfortunate that steam doesn't allow devs to isolate achievements to a separate group. Every time DLC releases for this game I lose my 100%.
This DLC looks fantastic, I just wish I wasn't forced to purchase it to regain my 100%.

Edit: I had 100% before today's DLC released.

Will our Siri be on device...?

We've all seen the posts about only last year's top end iPhone models getting the "advanced on device Siri model." And this "advanced model" boils down to "expressive voices and more advanced dictation."
We also know that all devices that currently have apple intelligence will get the new siri (iPhone 15 Pro, M1 macs, etc).

Here's my question, will all the apple intelligence compatible devices get an on device model...? Or will us plebeians be getting a cloud based alternative? It kinda sounds like because we don't have 12gb of ram, we will be getting apple intelligence, but it's most likely going to be completely off-device.

edit:
Of course, I am pretty frustrated just like the rest of you. This device was advertised as the "AI phone." I didn't purchase it for this reason of course, but I still can't help but feel betrayed.
Honestly all I want is a quick voice assistant that works locally (thus speeding up query times, I'd imagine).
It's also worth mentioning I heard something about apple charging token usage...? If you could run Siri 100% locally you'd bypass this additional cost entirely.

Forgive me if this question has been asked already!
