u/Terrible-Card2572

I've had my echeveria for almost two years now, and it keeps losing its leaves as it grows taller. I'm not quite sure what it needs as it gets lots of sunlight all day and I thought I was giving it enough water (without overwatering it). Can someone please tell me if this is normal or not? I'm a new plant parent and this is my only echeveria. I replanted one of its fallen leaves and it has rooted and is doing the exact same thing, but I haven't seen anyone else's plant do this?
