Does anyone else have this presentation?

About 1.5 weeks ago is when I started getting this crampy aches feeling in my stomach. Which was followed by that night… you guessed it… the runs.

Fatigue came and loss of appetite but not much else.

I’m gaining my appetite back but it seems going to the bathroom is hit or miss. Some are normal and then some are liquid again and I can hear the gurgling…

Is this a typical presentation? I live in SE MI where we are having a huge outbreak and I have eaten at Taco Bell within the timeframe.

I’m going to try and keep this as short as possible. Last summer I had three bouts of intense fatigue, loose stool, loss of appetite… for about a week. Then it would end and then about a month later… it would happen again. Same thing. I had scopes done and everything came back clear. No food allergies either.

Symptoms stopped from basically August 2025 to just now.

Earlier last week I first experienced a couple days of a stomach ache and fatigue and just feeling “off”. Which was then followed by a night of legit watery stool that kept going until I had nothing in me. Since then, I have switched from formed stools to watery to nothing (very low appetite). Added note… the diarrhea has not come with any pain. Just kinda… came out 🥴

Can someone please tell me if this sounds anything like IBS? I’ve tried researching and I am feeling like I don’t have a textbook presentation….
