I am struggling with sizing, am i measuring wrong? First picture i used a tape and measure a bit tight measuring 16 cm. On second picture i measured without the tape a bit looser measuring 16,3 cm

I want the bracelets to be snug but the size chart to cartier seems confusing to me since i have seen so many different opinions in the group on sizing
