So everyday i am asking myself if they are gonna cause me harm , it seems that i am waiting for a bad end and i want to know for how long have you been on this tribulation and if some of you have been lets say 20 years and also get threats on a daily basis as me, i fear for my life because of things they have said.
So i have been stalked or gangstalked since 7 ,6 or 8 years but probably more since i saw signs more farther than that and i have to tell you that when you are paranoid you see signs everywhere and you start to believe that everything is connected while they entertain themselves , but since i leave my paranoia away (i still have some) everything looks more calm , ofcourse there have been times where people honk on their cars , put their phones at my direction as if they are taking photos and talkig loudly things that may or may not be about me , but everything looks better , what i mean is that you should stop obsessing about it because the whole narrative takes power in your mind and also in the real world , focus more on what you can do with what you have and when you see something weird just dont put your whole head on it.

I came to my generalist and asked for a mediacation , first i saw a man and a woman talking about a person and looking at me and i said to the man "whats wrong " and he did tell me it wasnt about me so i was relieved ,after that another woman came and started talking with him and they talking normal and laughing as my intrusive thought came one after another , i was with my head down wanst looking at them ,at one moment i looked up and immediatly the woman looked at me and said "you know it" (a phrase that i hear everywhere) and after that i said coward to them in calm manner , so thats all folks dont be afraid of them.
So i have been feeling watched for over k 8 years , for the past 4 or 5 years i have been seeing people saying my thought out loud not always but it has happen and also they have been saying that they will kill me , 6 o 7 years ago i was in the psychward and suddenly the man who was talking with another one says "thay are going to pay me 50.000 dollar to kill a policeman , we are giving him time but we will kill him" and when i got tense he said " thats him" theres where everything started ,loud v2k or whatever it is and people acting weird and other things and since then i have been feeling like the end is near and it will be bad .Another time i was talking with a man who claim his brother was a federal corrupt and other disgusting things and he said "we are looking now for a man who cost 50.000 dollars" , so that all hope someone could tell me that maybe they are playing with me for real and just to take my fear a little bit away.
I am feeling energetic and more positive and i have seen post of people telling about the homeymoon phase..
Chances are people arent talking about you and following you everywhere , maybe there are syncronicities that make you think people are against you.
