Looking to do all 4 new tyres and stuck between a few options!

I’ve had a recall out on my VW Golf GTE MK8 for maybe 2 months… twice it has been booked in and scheduled to be recalled and fixed, twice the night before VW have emailed / called me to say they can’t do it.

So disappointing and a massive inconvenience given it’s always on work days. Really frustrating as I don’t think they’d do this to a paying customer. Ironically I want to be a paying customer (was gonna sign up to the service plan) but this just turns me off completely, seems like every single time something is booked in they get cold feet.

Rant over, but just very disappointing as the car itself has been absolutely outstanding since I purchased it last year.
