My set 13 deck has a 52% win rate based on 94 games I have played with the deck. The New Current deck has a win rate of 88% based on 8 games. What do you all think of this deck?

Which deck is better?
This is 61 card deck. Is there any I should change or add in this deck to make it more consistent or should I keep this as is? I have it at 61 instead of 60 for raging storm.
Since blurple will be loosing its 2 drop cards that help it ramp, will we see this deck loose popularity and dominance in the core constructed format? Will Amber/emerald toys deck and purple/steel be the top decks once rotation.
