I'm fairly new to canning, I've only canned tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. I made this salsa recipe with tomatoes that had been in the deep freezer. Its a blended recipe. I boiled everything then blended then canned. I did add some lemon juice to each jar like I would for diced tomatoes. My question is are these bubbles really bad or microbubbles from the blender? The were WB for 45 minutes. I'm at about 5000 ft above sea level.
