Snack / Items for Europe Trip
Hey guys! I’m about to go on a 10 day Europe trip. Does anyone have any recommendations for snacks or other items to bring that will make my life easier?

I just need to express what I’m going through and see if anyone has experienced similar.
I was put on a POTS workout program starting in April. Within weeks, I was feeling SO amazing; I had energy again! I felt like myself! Over time, I just kept feeling better and better. My workouts got easier. I was getting stronger. I felt amazing.
Then I went on a weekend trip and thought I was well enough to drink alcohol, go on a hike, and then sat outside at a wedding for 4 hours that was unbelievably hot. Basically I haven’t recovered since then (it was about 4 weeks ago). I’ve also been under some more stress in the past month which I don’t think helps things. It’s just so disappointing because I was making progress. I feel like I’m back to square on again. Once again, I’m having energy crashes and feel super wiped after a minimal workout.
Has anyone experienced a setback like this? What do you recommend?? I’m just so disappointed
