CONGRATULATIONS! You four, and one more, have been chosen to become COLLECTABLE CAPSULES TOYS!
Spider-Man flies through the night sky, bouncing from rooftop to rooftop like a stone across water, then comes to an abrupt stop after crashing into an A/C unit. He sits for a moment, watching as a long, snake-like figure whips across the sky. With a loud groan, he pulls himself out from the busted unit.
“Having fun, Mr. Spider?” Mysterio, Sorceress Supreme, appears hovering next to the hero. Spider-Man ignores the villainess, keeping his focus on the creature in the sky. “What’s wrong, Spider? Tired? I mean, I can’t blame you. You’ve been at this for hours.” Mysterio flies in front of Spider-Man. “Maybe it’s time to call it a night?” Spider-Man just walks through Mysterio. “Rude!”
The creature lets out a booming roar as it dives toward Spider-Man. The hero stretches his arms and legs in preparation. “To each their own, I guess,” Mysterio sighs. “Just be careful, you know what they say about waking a sleepwalker.” Mysterio chuckles before disappearing in a puff of purple smoke. Spider-Man takes a few short hops before running toward the ever-growing figure. Seconds before collision, Spider-Man shoots two web shots at its eyes before leaping over the snapping maw of a Lung Dragon.
Spider-Man sticks out to the side of the dragon as it flies wildly, trying to get the web out of its eyes. He crawls along the dragon’s back, slowly working his way to its head. Until the dragon dives straight down.
“Nononononono, crap!” yells Spider-Man. The dragon rams into the street below, crashing into cars and slamming its body against buildings. Spider-Man struggles to hang on, the erratic movements making it difficult to move. “Worst. Bull ride. Ever!” Spider-Man shoots a web line at the right side of the dragon’s face, using both hands to try and steer the beast away from more buildings. But with another crash and flick of the neck, the dragon manages to pull Spider-Man off and fling him away.
Spider-Man quickly fires another webline at the ground, bringing the dragon to a sudden halt. The dragon tries furiously to free itself, like a dog fighting against its owner’s leash. Through the now-torn webbing on its face, the dragon glares at Spider-Man while taking a deep breath. “Okay, I should have seen that one coming!” Spider-Man pulls on the web attached to the ground, pulling himself back. Just as the dragon lets loose a torrent of golden fire, Spider-Man lets go of the ground line, flinging himself over the fire blast.
He then uses the other line to pull himself onto the dragon's head. “Alright, enough’s enough!” Spider-Man fires two web lines at the ground and forces the dragon’s head down onto the street. Before the beast can react, Spider-Man fires a barrage of webs across the dragon's entire body, gluing it to the ground. The dragon tries to fly away but isn’t strong enough to break through the thick layers of web, roaring through its teeth in frustration.
“There, now that we’re all tucked in, let’s see about putting this whole thing to bed, huh?” Spider-Man reaches into his back pocket and pulls out a trinket made of various red metals fused into the shape of an “M.” He holds it out toward the dragon. “Let’s see where you’re hiding. Spider-Man walks alongside the dragon, watching the trinket for any kind of reaction. Meanwhile, the dragon continues desperately to free itself.
Near the center of the beast, the trinket begins to glow red, and a faint green glow can be seen under the webbing. Spider-Man tears the webbing off, revealing the shadowy image of a small child inside the dragon. “There you are. Now how do I get you outta there?” Spider-Man looks at his glowing piece of scrap metal before looking back at the kid. He sighs, “I’m really sorry for whatever happens.” Spider-Man puts the trinket closer to the dragon's skin, causing it to change. What was once scales and skin turns into nylon and a thick layer of felt. “Okaaaaay.” Spider-Man continues to move the trinket along the dragon until he sees something metallic begin to form, almost like…a zipper.
<...freed…>
Spider-Man looks over just in time to see the dragon angrily rip its head free from the ground. It then immediately turns towards Spider-Man and tries to spray him with fire. Spider-Man manages to dive out of the way. The dragon quickly coats its body in a wave of fire, burning away the web. Spider-Man tries to web back onto the dragon, but it burns that web too before blasting at Spider-Man again. Spider-Man maneuvers around the dragon, doing what he can to keep it from flying off again. Until he’s distracted by the sound of sirens.
A pack of police cars comes to a screeching halt; officers exit, guns drawn. “NO!” Spider-Man dives at the police, firing web shots at them before-
<...guard…attack…>
A green blast of energy hits Spider-Man from the side, launching him into a wall. The police look up to see Mysterio floating above them.
“This ends now, Spider!” Mysterio proclaims. “You will not bind this innocent creature to your nightmarish machinations. Surrender, now!” Spider-Man braces himself against the wall as he picks himself up and watches as the dragon starts flying away.
“Socreress Supreme,” says one of the officers, “the, um, dragon’s getting away.”
“Be not afraid, officer,” Mysterio responds, “the creature only seeks respite, a place to rest. It won’t seek to harm anyone else as long as no one seeks to harm her.” Mysterio hovers just above the ground, moving toward Spider-Man. “You go too far this time, Spider! Meddling with forces well beyond your control!”
“Funny,” says Spider-Man. “Never stopped you.”
“You’re truly lost in your madness,” says Mysterio. “Your comeuppance is long overdue.” Green energy flows out of Mysterio’s hands. Spider-Man fires two web shots at Mysterio, only for them to go right through her. “Foolish mortal!” Spider-Man pulls himself through Mysterio just as she fires her blast. He cannonballs into one of the cops' cars, crashing it into another one before leaping off and swinging after the dragon. Mysterio scoffs in anger as she gives chase.
Spider-Man weaves his way between all of Mysterio’s attacks as he swings through the city streets. “You just don’t know when you're beat, don’t you?”
<...front…>
Suddenly, an array of green lights appears in front of Spider-Man. He quickly thwips one of the lights just before they fire. Causing a domino effect of them blasting each other. Spider-Man dives through the explosion in stride, with Mysterio still close behind. “Give up, Spider! And leave the city to the real heroes!” As the sun starts to rise, the dragon starts to come into view in the distance.
“Aaaaaand just like that, it’s officially too early for this,” says Spider-Man. “Look, Bowl Cut, if you’re not gonna take this seriously, then just float on back to your tower and catch up on your beauty sleep; lord knows we both need it.
Dark green clouds form from thin air, thunder growls, and streaks of green lightning rip from the sky. “How…DARE YOU!?!?” Mysterio holds her arms into the air, summoning a massive bolt of lightning into her hands. She molds the lightning into a large electric spear and aims it at Spider-Man. “You WILL learn to fear the awesome power of Mysterio, Sorceress Supreme!” With a loud crack, Mysterio throws her spear with such force that it tears her own storm in two. As well as electrocuting several of her invisible drones in the area, destabilizing the illusion.
<...INCOMING…>
Spider-Man closes his eyes as the bolt hits him square in the back before exploding. A now glitchy Mysterio watches the cloud of smoke just as Spider-Man comes flying out of it at incredible speed, quickly soaring over the dragon. He pulls out the trinket as he webs-zips back onto the dragon's head, slamming the trinket into the beast’s forehead. The dragon roars in pain as a wave of red energy sweeps over the beast, the texture of its body changing once again.
Spider-Man runs along its back, watching as Mysterio and more police are quickly gaining. Once he reaches the dragon's lower body, he plunges his fist into its body with ease. A geyser of green smoke erupts from the wound as Spider-Man struggles to pull out a young girl in dragon pajamas along with bits of cotton stuffing. The dragon starts falling fast; Spider-Man can feel the weight underneath him vanishing.
With the sleeping girl under his arm, Spider-Man dives toward the street, web swinging as soon as he can, and coming to a sliding stop right in front of the approaching police officers. As the pack of cars comes to a screeching halt, the officers exit their vehicles to find the little girl sleeping peacefully in front of them. As everyone looks around for Spider-Man, Mysterio notices the now plush dragon falling before it gets snatched by Spider-Man’s web.
Mysterio tries to pursue, but another electrical glitch and a symphony of error messages force her hand. She “refocuses” to stabilize her form as she floats down to one of the officers.
“Is the child well?” asks Mysterio.
“Kids are alright as far as any of us can tell,” says the officer. “Looks like she slept through-”
“Miss Mysterio!” The girl pushes her way past the officer. “Do you remember me?!
“Ah…yes,” says Mystiro, “Dragon Girl, was it?”
“YES!” yells the girl, “I mean, my name’s actually Bridgette, but I’ve waited my whole life to be saved by you! You’re my hero!”
“I am honored to be held in high esteem, especially from such a brave little girl,” says Mysterio. Bridgette shakes so fast that she’s basically vibrating from excitement. “Be polite to these officers, and they’ll make sure you get home safe.” Mysterio begins to float higher into the air as a green glow envelops her.
“Wait!” yells Bridgette, “do you think I could ever become a sorceress like you?”
“Of course, child, for the power is always within you,” says Mysterio. Suddenly she poofs into specs of green light.

When asked how much chocolate they wanted in their cake, Menace said, "a lethal amount of chocolate."
A woman, completely wrapped in bandages, runs down the street in a panic. Every few seconds, she'll turn around, frantically searching her surroundings for something. And when she saw it, several of her bandages would pull off her body and attack, but they always missed.
During one of these failed attacks, she trips on her own foot and tumbles down into a deep ditch. She looks back at where she was to find a pair of blood-red eyes staring back at her. The woman screams as tries to run but is stopped when a broken stun baton is thrown at her feet like a spear. The woman immediately turns around and races through the ditch until she sees some buildings. She tries using her wraps to swing away, but they're cut mid-swing, causing her to bounce off a wall before hitting the ground hard.
Slow to pick herself up, the woman ducks between two buildings. She waits for what feels like hours, unable to know if the coast is clear. Until she feels something hit her foot. Suddenly, the woman is flipped on her head and pulled upward incredibly fast. In a matter of seconds, the woman is high above the roofs before being swung down, crashing through a skylight, landing on the concrete floor below.
Barely conscious, the woman struggles to pick herself up again, the flickering lights not helping in the slightest. As she regains her focus, she is terrified to realize where she is. A warehouse covered in bullet holes and broken windows, littered with groaning, bloodied, and broken bodies.
It had her running in circles.
She tries to get back up, but a black goo flies past her and holds one of her hands to the ground. She already knows what's there. The figure stands in the darkness, barely illuminated by the one flickering light. The woman fires more of her wraps at the figure, but it's hardly an inconvenience as it walks towards her. Just a few feet away, the woman begs for her life, but the figure doesn't say a word.
Standing just at the edge of the light's reach, the woman just starts crying. No words, no pleads, just incoherent weeping. The figure stands there for a moment before sighing and kneeling into the light, revealing itself to be a man in a full-body black-and-white costume with a red spider logo on the chest.
"Police or Hospital?" asks the man. The woman, still overwhelmed, just stares at him. The man reaches his hand out toward the woman, who immediately flinches at the sight. "Police it is." The man removes the web from the woman's hand with ease before picking her up and carrying her out of the warehouse.
///// A Few Moments Later \\\\\
The two land in the parking lot of the LFPD (Las Faro Police Department). The man motions towards the front door and watches as the woman sheepishly walks away, unable to keep from looking back every few seconds. The woman stops.
"I...I-I'm sorry," says the woman.
"I don't care," says the man, "go." The woman continues to the front door and turns herself in to the police.
"Yay, cosmic power and we're fighting a god. I gotta stop going into space, nothing good happens in space."
$120 a month! Little booger drinks like a sailor.
(He's just jealous that Jubes & Hood made it in and he's stuck with white bread Spider-Man)
One last piece to finish out Pride Month. A controversial moment for Las Faro. Only because everyone agrees that Ox could do better.

So, while visiting Jubilee and the X-Men in New York, High Roller accidentally got caught between New York's Finest (superhero hero team) and one of their villains, The Living Laser.

Quips were said, punches were thrown, lessons weren't learned, and long story short, Living Laser blew High Roller up. HR survived, but his suit certainly did not.

Wanting payback against the glorified glow stick, High Roller officialy offered his services, but didn't have a spare suit on hand (rookie move) luckily Daredevil still had some gear from his first team.

Behold, my universe's Bombastic Bag Man:
You can only lose to the same two people so many times before you start taking it personally.
Needing a unique stealth suit to infiltrate Smythe Inc., the Masquerade Suit was developed by Dr. Reed Richards-Storm at the request of Spider-Man.
The Masquerade Suit has the ability to accurately mimic the appearance of most individuals as long as they are close enough in build to the user. Along with the suits "auto tune" voice feature, Spider-Man can practically walk into any building in broad daylight.
Only downside of the suit is that it is terrible at heat regulation. The more complex the disguise, the quicker heat builds up which could cause systems to fail.

**Long story short:** Relationship chicken, but neither side wants to win or lose. So, it's just two cars angrily staring each other down.
