Dark circles+slight eye-bags
I've been lowkey bothered by my dark circles and uneven under-eye area, but I'm not sure if it's actually bad enough to consider surgery yet. Do you think this looks like something under-eye surgery could help with, or should I wait until it gets more noticeable? Curious to hear from anyone who's had a similar issue.
