We have a user who has

-A verified, 11 year old account

-Is registered to our sub

-Has been a regular contributor to our sub for years

-Has positive karma on our sub and on reddit as a whole (35000+ post, 450000 comment)

And we have NOT changed our filter settings recently.

All of a sudden this user started getting caught on the filter. I figured I could just approve his posts for a couple of days and them getting upvoted would remove him from whatever's causing it but he's still getting filtered. He can post on other subs totally fine.

What's going on here?
