I miss the old system with old "press 1 for..." menu options, which was quick and efficient. Now there's no opting out of listening to the AI bot's entire (very long) message at each step. Plus, even as a native English speaker, I have trouble getting it to understand me when I say "pharmacy," much less the names of drugs. (My husband is a native French speaker so he's given up.)

Are there any hacks that let you circumvent the bot and putting in a refill request over the phone?
