Question for co-op supporting socialists
I have a question for those that support Co-ops. Say there is a Co-op doing relatively okay. Maybe it's time to expand. Get new departments. New sub-enterprises. The usual.
But the Co-ops produce weird incentives.
Maybe, as often seen in the former Yugoslavia, the workers' incentive is making their own income bigger, rather than expanding and hiring new people.
Which could result in higher unemployment rates if that kind of enterprise is popular in a state.
What's your answer to that? How do you solve this incentive? Is it even a bad thing? Am I missing something?
