Hi everyone,

I have an STL model that I generated using AI, and I'm trying to prepare it for 3D printing.

The problem is that the model has two surfaces: an outer surface and an inner surface, basically making it a hollow shell.

I want to remove the inner surface and make the entire inside a solid volume, while keeping the outer surface/details unchanged.

I've spent about 2–3 hours trying different methods, mainly in Fusion 360, but I haven't been able to get it working properly.

I've attached some screenshots showing the mesh and the inner/outer surfaces.

Does anyone know a good way to fill this model completely or remove the inner shell without destroying the exterior details?

I'm using Fusion 360, but I'm happy to use Blender, Meshmixer, or another program if there's an easier solution.

Thanks!
