I was recently upgraded from 1GB to 2GB at no additional cost. Now that the new speeds have taken affect I am receiving 2GB download but only 1GB upload. I tried to explain this issue to customer service but they told me that it is a problem with my router and that the 2GB upload only works if I use their equipment. I really don't believe that is the case. Does anyone here have any ideas why the upload speed isn't providing 2GB?
