What months do shift transfers tend to open up?

I’m a flex pt at my delivery station and I’m wondering when they post newer shift transfers. last last month only had the 12 hour pick and stage shifts to transfer to.

They hired a single group full time seasonals but no transfers and I want to transfer to a full time schedule asap because I only have 16 hours on the 1st of next month. Literally a single shift was available after they lifted the cap,

I was lucky and got Sunday the only day with a pick and stage shift, there’s no other pick and stage shifts for the week and no shifts for anyone on Saturday.

So A they might drop more shifts for that week on next Thursday / Friday if not I’m a bit screwed.

Flex pt do you guys have the stupid hour cap that lifts after “24 hours”

Right now I see there’s a 7 hour shift I did not sleep but I want to take it because I only had 16 hours this week but guess what it’s Friday tomorrow so I can’t and I used my pto to take two days off last week.

So when I came back to Amazon two months ago the time the shift block lifted was varied between 8am 9:10-9:15 to 11am on Fridays.

2 - 3 weeks ago I took pick and stage off so I could go home and get shifts guess what none dropped because they dropped much earlier than 8:30 am which I found out last week and resulted in me not getting hours this week.

So basically the Friday before last I took the day off and woke up early to get shifts. I debated to shower or wait until 12 pm to take a shower. I took a quick shower came back to find they dropped shifts even earlier than I expected.

I guess everyone else was sleeping and I was able to get 30 hours for next week which is ok

It’s dumb that it’s not a set time everytime. My site made an announcement last week for the newer newhires that it’s 24 hours when it’s not, its not fun to have to take a day off of work in order to get work for the weeks ahead wtf. I feel bad for anyone at my site that has been selecting their first shifts on fridays

At my site VTO is usually sent out and immediately taken but it’s been up for almost 3 hours. Does that mean there won’t be much volume when I go in?
