Use alarm label to determine what to do?

I'm having a hard time find a option to use the label assigned to an alarm to automate actions. Is it possible to do this?? I'm hoping to send text messages when specific alarms go off, but the exact time changes daily

Need help getting expired message to run

I'm working on a shortcut to help make sure I pull food when it goes bad at work. Setting up the alarm stuff was easy but I'm having a hard time getting it to send an alert if the item has already been expired. People love talking to us as we're trying to figure out the times, I'm trying to make this as idiot resistant as I can so we don't miss something.
