Southeastern PA. Hard to tom the picture but looks like a very pale belly. Not enough "adult" field markings for me to figure out on my own.

Wilson, WY. Thinking Calliope based on light spotting on chin, light rufous breast, and small white patch above beak.

Ravenel, SC. I'm thinking juvenile Cowbird, but the white above the eye doesn't seem to make sense for that.
