I love this game to bits, play it for a month or two constantly then take a break, and then im right back. But man the toll it takes on me to see so many neat characters so unloved is hard to explain.
If anyone has any disagreements, id love to hear about them, I mostly play brawl and a few dominions, but for the most part I see the same frequencies
More so Malfestio than Legiana, but if both make it in I will have both of their sets and possibly every weapon for both of them.

Took a long break from the game because of it. Came back to duos and ive only seen one pred the whole time!

Moral of the story, its fun to play quicker, fun games while not dealing with the super sweats because this games matchmaking is presumably still buns.
Recently picked up Varangian Guard as its the only Viking that interested me, and I figured I should at least play one of them, and I knew going in that this character is widely hated by a lot of the community. What I fail to understand is why. After getting a couple of Reps on her it seems like her kit is basically just 50/50 city, with a mix of a reactive full guard that is as easy to bait out as every other. The only thing I can say i think she does extremely well is damage. Everything else can be completely nullified by a patient player. Oftentimes I go up against players where NOTHING works. Even before I picked up VG I never really had any problems fighting one. Not like some of these other characters.
Let me state for the record, I am not saying she is any kind of bad. But Ive seen people comparing her to Virtuosa, Juren, and Pirate(which I also dont understand but I dont play against enough to make that call)
I would rather play against VG than Shaolin any day.
Am I missing something? Am I just playing her wrong?
