I was confused between taking full loan or half payment and half loan.. But this inflation eating away EMI is powerful insight.. Any counter opinion?

I have been doing sip of 15K.. Expecting 3cr after 25 years.. Basically for retirement purposes sip is there.. But i forgot taxes and most important inflation into the picture. 3cr now is enough.. After 25years?? May be I need to do step up sip now... Bhaiyon calculate real value of your sip before planning goals..
