squat form check plz?
hi this is my first time posting here! so i've been lifting consistently for a few months but i'm still new to squatting with a barbell so they're kind of awkward for me. i would appreciate any advice on how to improve my form... i know i have trouble with a few things: staying upright, my bar path being diagonal, and my hips shooting up after a few reps 😅
i am pretty short (5'1) if thats important for anything. thanks!
