What are your thoughts and experiences with sector/thematic MF? Are those good for experienced investors?

NRIs living in Canada - how are you balancing the investments in Canada and India if at all. I am looking for an investment advisor who can help me streamline/manage portfolio across lump sum investments + SIPs.

Would you prefer living in a condo near SY-Finch corridor close to Line 1 or in Etobicoke near Kipling/Islington station? Would love to hear perspective on why / why not.

Also how is line 1 - is it frequently under repairs during weekends adding shuttle services? Vs. Line 2
