What if all that plot of time travel wasn’t real and it’s already an effect of his main bug being that changed reality ?

With the episode 3 it was pretty obvious that the MC came back in 2013. But i rewatched the episode 1 and one of his friend said "I was born in 2013". So obv with the way he looks like he can’t be less than 1 year old

So it might not be in 2013, what do you think ?

Does anyone know where i can find the 3 episodes with a good quality in streaming ? I tried bilibili but the quality is bad. And it’s the same for some other sites streaming. A lot of people have already watched them with good quality so i find this weird it is still not available in streaming with a good quality
