I just returned to the game after 1 year with the last deck I played being Melodious, which now is significantly weaker again due to Herald going to 1. Which deck is to blame for that?

I play Mist of Pandaria Classic initially with some friends who introduced me to the game and I have finally reached max level with my Retribution Paladin. I really enjoyed the journey through the different regions, but idk what content there is to do for me now that I'm done leveling. I don't have a goal anymore and looking for things to do.
