Does Apple stop you from making new Apple IDs when you get banned?

I've been trying to create a new apple ID. I was banned a bit over a week ago and whenever I try to create a new ID it says "cannot create account at this time." I've tried multiple different emails and received the same problem. I have only tried one phone number, because it's the only one I have, and I'm led to believe at the moment that my number is simply banned from making alt accounts.

I see people suggest using alt accounts upon getting banned. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Cracked Spotify to avoid getting banned?

My Apple ID got banned and I'm gonna make a new one to start side loading again. From my understanding, apple will ban you if it detects you using a side loaded app with the same bundle ID as an app store app. Is there any cracked version of Spotify out there that doesn't share an ID with the real Spotify?

Applied math vs Engineering degree?

I’m a freshman in college currently and I started with a lot of AP / dual enrollment credits. I am in applied math right now, and I could graduate after my third semester. The alternate plan I have right now is to, in addition, complete an engineering major (leaning towards aerospace). Doing so would likely take the full 4 years. I know the future is especially uncertain right now, but do you guys think it would be more worth it to complete both majors at the additional cost of tuition + time? I go to a high ranked engineering school (Purdue), for context, and I don’t want to pursue graduate school. (Would only do this if I can’t find a job)

Is the job market especially rough for applied math degrees at the moment? I am mainly catalyzed to ask because the rapid development of AI makes me think it may be more important to break into industry earlier.
