Wish I discovered this sub earlier, I love Pen :D

Ever since I started the show nearly 10 years ago (my first episode was IDFB, my very first vote was Cake), Pen’s consistently been my 2nd favorite character, and has always stayed there.

Pen’s a character I always sorta vibe with when watching the show, especially in BFB/TPOT. Even if he may not be super duper important I still find him to be a joy to watch when he’s onscreen, having a very nice presence and I like his interactions with others.

With TPOT’s Team Swap I honestly came to appreciate Pen even more, especially with TPOT 16 & 17, (coincidentally my favorite episodes in the entire show). With his story I honestly found a bit more to relate to with Pen, having trouble letting emotions out and his fear of losing his closest friends. I honestly hope they do more with him again, I feel like he waa done pretty dirty in tpot 19 and 23, I feel like he’s a cool, rootable character, one of my top 3 winner picks this season alongside Grassy and Donut, and I want him to be more active (that would also mean less miserable complaining if he won)

I also have his plush! So ye I like Pen :3 2nd favorite of all time (my favorite is Grassy)

So, I caught a leaked screenshot of an upcoming canon TPOT short featuring the Mini Redux cast

Apparently the plot of this is showing how they got to their competition grounds, a planet mostly similar to that of the original Earth, where the Resort cast had competed

The part shown here has Beehive and Lotus Flower sneaking around the area after getting their invitations and leaving the forest

Apparently, the other Natural contestants were stated to be in hiding from the bugs

in the short, by the end it’s shown that Credit Card helped most of the contestants arrive at the actual competing grounds

There’s also a full scene showing Palmy’s story they had told Lotus Flower in Redux 3, being exiled by Birdie

Who WROTE this bro

The episode itself was fine but genuinely just What the fuck Why the fuck Both the potential elimination pairings were absolutely ABHORRENT 😭

First off, why pick BEEHIVE to be ufe in the first place You guys JUST gave them a story to work with, and they immediately just throw them into danger just like that??? Not to mention against Palmy, 1, another favorite of mine so this sucks, and 2, they’re a relatively inoffensive, cutesy character who has genuine fan favorite status and a friendship with one of the characters who grew the Most this season.

Yeah, extremely fair! Literally BFB my Match all over again but an actually likable character is in danger. At least Popcorn v Palmy was slightly reasonable

This also indirectly sorta rewards Pastel for their betrayal. Like “Yeah, you betrayed someone you considered a friend, but screw consequences, both the people who wanted to get back at you are put up against fan faves and executed!” Which unless they rly do plan on having them screw Pastel Feather up from the sidelines, is a pretty shitty move.

Also great to know this is gonna summon a huge hate nuke for Palmy 🥀

This elimination is utter bullshit and one of the most painful I’ve ever had to witness in the whole show regardless of who survives or loses.
