I’ve been on youth allowance student since i was 17, all of a sudden with no warning I have no payments scheduled? I’m still a casual worker, my income bank has gone from 9k to 0 overnight, I have no mail from them digital or otherwise. I’m in a de facto relationship which they said wouldn’t affect me for a year (it’s been 1 month), I pay 200 in rent weekly in private rental. I study full time with no changes to that.

So i’m really unsure of why my payment is completely gone If someone could give advice because i’ve been on the phone with them for about an hour and no one has picked up
edit: It also doesn’t say I have tasks anywhere, last time i called them they said they were going through the things i’ve uploaded
