Is it moral to kill vampires?
In most depictions, they are sentient to the same level as humans, however most are also depicted as murdering humans with no remorse. Would it be morally acceptable to kill a vampire, and if so, are there any conditions to it?

What's a good software for making battlemaps?
Before I say anything else I want to mention that I am looking for what's basically a drawing app that works especially well with grids, I am NOT looking for a D&D map maker because my setting is Sci-fi, and while most map makers have Sci-fi options, assets are locked behind a subscription service, or they just go against the exact style I'm looking for
Really anything that has a square grid/hex grid, and has an option for easily drawing lines on the grid itself, as well as the ability to upload images. Bonus if it works on Android
