I Need Access to my Account Again, and Nothing is Helping

I have had a Google Account for 15 years or something like that. It is the bedrock from which all accounts I have sprout from. It is inarguably mine and never hasn't been.

Well I go to log into it for some reason I've forgotten and got the message, your account's password has changed 12 days ago. This was the most frightening thing because I've never given this to anybody. It's so personal that I don't see how this could have happened outside of a key logger, and at that point, why not just infiltrate my bank.

I attempt to do account recovery and follow all the steps that provides, Number one is receiving a code on an Authenticator App, which I download and upon entering my credentials, simply says that my account password has been changed 12 days ago.

So I need to use the updated, hacked password to access my authenticator in the event I get hacked, okay. I can also access the back up email I used to make the Google account with, which is a yahoo account. I try and log into the yahoo account and Yahoo says that it has been deleted due to inactivity.

What am I possibly supposed to do, there is no readily apparent solution to recovering my hacked account and Google makes themselves impossible to speak to. This account is tremendously important to me and I need access to it, it is the final recovery account for all of my current google accounts and if I lose access to it permanently, every other account is vulnerable, not to mention all the associated sentimental value of everything in my Drive folder.

I'd love help with this

How to Incorporate AI Tools into Video Production

So, out of the gate, I am ashamed to be here with this question but I am seeing trends in the field of videography and editing that are necessitating one person handling of all specialties.

One man production studio Production Line Practitioners are going to be the most valuable assets, especially when mobilized into a team of people who handle all ends of production.

I am deeply saddened by this because of implications I will not explore. This vision of the future is my opinion as well and does not necessarily reflect as fact.

Based on this opinion, AI video production tools that cut corners and speed up processes like subtitling, or color correction or whatever, are going to be important, if not an expectation.

I would like to know anybody's insight on this topic, and furthermore, what tools, softwares, open source platforms, can help me learn how to incorporate these tools into my digital workflow.

(This entire questions does not bring the value of creativity into question, but rather seeks to understand how far current trends will take us. As an artist, I value human work first and foremost forever, and in this way I am a Ludite, but also as an artist, I am not naive and know that if I want to make money in this field, I at least want to understand what practices will be employed and employable, and at least familiarize myself with them to a minimum and workable degree.)

((This entire writing is off the cuff, may use repetitive language and be poorly structured, please excuse this))
