New grad TDP team match process/timeline?

I’m an incoming new grad for the September class and I was wondering what the process is like for team matching after orientation? I interned last summer and was told that for the first project HR matches us with a team instead of us having to find a project ourselves.

I heard the orientation process was a week in the main office and 2 weeks in st Charles. After that did you guys get matched with a team?

Asking to those who started in an earlier class like in March, July, and August.

How to have good exit opportunities out of Accenture

Hi I was wondering if anyone who’s job hopped from Accenture to something better has advice on how they did it? Specifically for those in the TDP department with a CS background?

I’m a new grad hire, but my goal is to move within 2 years, I don’t want to stay in the consulting industry. Does anyone have advice on how they used their Accenture experience to move into product management roles or swe roles?

Is “AI Native SWE” just a role title for optics

I noticed that a bunch of TDP incoming new grads got their role updated to AI Native SWE. But is this role update just for optics, so Accenture can look like they’re growing in AI work? I interned for them, and I ended up doing project management work instead of actual SWE work the intern description described. Instead of coding I was making PowerPoints and taking meeting notes.

If I do get stuck in project management work again, does anyone have advice on landing a project where I can actually have some SWE experience? I’m scared it’ll hurt my career growth.
