So the previews for the Autumn/Winter releases are out (these are from Sylvanian Storekeeper's 'Coming Soon' page, and the UK insta account has also been posting about some of these sets over the last few days), and I can't help but really dislike the packaging (and the prices, but that's a discussion for another day 🤨) in comparison to the Japanese versions. Like, why have they done away with the super pretty purple for the fairy range, and the intricate pattern on the elegant furniture set?! And what's with the ugly yellow strip along the bottom??? It's literally printing ink - there's no way it costs more to print a nice design on the box, so I just do not understand the logic?! 😭

On a related note, and I think it needs to be someone who can read Japanese to answer this - what type/style is the font on the Japanese packaging - would it be considered fancy or stylish? Because on the global ones, it's just Comic Sans which is like as basic as you can get, and is very much a considered children's font (or at least it was the one we all used to use when making posters on Word in primary school back in the early 2000s 😅). This really intrigues me, as from the perspective of someone who can't read Japanese, it always looks fancy to me!

If you've seen any of my posts before, you'll know that most of my 'holy grail' sets are furniture sets, and Bed Room with Flora & Baby Robby was one of them!

To my knowledge this set (and the others in the similar series) were only released in mainland Europe, so it's really hard to find, at least in the UK.

It's quite a simple set, but I just love the cream detailing on the bed and washstand - it's actually the same molds as the pale green Country Bedroom Set, which is another of my absolute favourites! I also can't ever have too many milk rabbits! (although from discussions I've seen before on here, apparently I'm in the minority with this opinion 😅)

The other items are the chocolate rabbit princess dress, but the white version (it's actually more iridescent than white), which I had been on the lookout for to complete the trio, and I think was exclusive to Korea? And then the chocolate rabbit twins were a bit of spontaneous purchase; I wasn't looking for them - in fact I didn't even know this version existed! - which is part the reason why I got them (the other reason being they somehow out-cute the "standard" version by a mile 😮)

Whilst I'm used to Mercari Japan and Buyee, this little haul I actually got from Korea via Bunjang & Delivered Korea as the shipping service (which I'd recommend - it was pretty easy to navigate & fees were reasonable, shipping was about double the price compared to shipping from Japan, but I expected that to be the case, and it wasn't completely ridiculous)

I'm now curious to hear - especially from those of you in Europe - if anyone else has these sets, and if you happen to know anymore information about them!
