I didn't notice the fee until after I placed the order. It was lumped in with the tax. My bad, it does say taxes and fees that I believe they purposely tried to hide. The email receipt has the online order fee listed separately. I really like their food but this additional 5% charge is ridiculous for a pickup order. And of course I was asked to sign the credit card receipt after I already paid online.
