My manger bullied me on the walkie

So I have autism and loud sounds often bother me. Which is normally no big deal but I work in a small store where they blast the music so loud I can’t even hear the customers. So today after lunch I was doing my normal work when my boss said on the walkie to make sure to talk to customers. I was just like ok and kept working. Now I had already been there 5 hours and at this point the constant noise was getting to me. Like I was fighting to function and my mangers yells on the walkie to help someone. So I walk over to where he said and no one was there. So I kept working. Then a few minutes later the manager says in the walkie, “why am I talking to people for you? That’s your job that’s what you get paid for.” Now I make 13 an hour in retail so I ignored this. Then he said to me over the walkie. “You can’t even do your job. Then he said to everyone this is a grown man by the way” so I just ignored him. Then a few minutes later my other manager yelled at me for not smiling… Did I do something wrong here?

So my work has been constantly messing up my schedule and changing things last minute without telling me. I’ve been taking slight advantage of this to get time off and just send them the old one when they call me out but pretend like I didn’t realize. Is this ok?

So I work in a small shoe store which always try’s to push out shoe cleaner even when no one wants it. Today my bosses made a “competition” where they split the store left side and right side. Then they said whoever sales the least shoe cleaner has to do something embarrassing in the front of the store. Well we make 13 an hour and I thought that was ridiculous so I told everyone they didn’t have to do the embarrassing thing they can just say no. Nobody can make you. Heck it might even be illegal. So then the day went on and 5 of my coworkers who were scared of losing surrounded these 3 teen girls trying to get them to buy shoe cleaner. So I went up and said, “are they trying to sell you shoe cleaner?” The girls nodded. Then I said, “do you want anyone?” And they said no. So I said, “you don’t have to buy any if you don’t want to.” And that set everyone off. About 30 min later my bosses were talking about me and came up to me asking why I said that. I just told them they didn’t seem like they wanted shoe cleaner. Then my bosses said it doesn’t matter if they wanted shoe cleaner or not we need to make money. Let’s just say it was lucky my shift was almost over cause apparently they were about to send me home early. 😂 did I really do something wrong? Or is this just corporate bs?
