What’s the one build in your backlog you keep putting off because you dread how much work it’s gonna be?

Great kit , lot of undergates though [Motor Nuclear 1/144 Tiefutu]

What are your thoughts on undergates ? I feel like they’re easy to take care of but can understand why folks dislike them

1/35 Scale RX78 (Thunderbolt color scheme)

Managed to snag this kit off a guy on Facebook a while back. He had way more kits than he’d ever have time to build, so it worked out pretty well for me.

This is my 9th Gunpla, and I had a blast with it. The only part I really didn’t enjoy was the head LED and the instructions manual are pretty barebones, but nothing too crazy. I definitely prefer bigger kits like these since my hands just don’t get along with tiny RG parts.

Fair warning though: have a small hammer or vise ready! Some of these parts take a ridiculous amount of force to seat properly. Other than that, I’d give it a solid 7.7/10.

I took some inspiration from the Full Armor Thunderbolt color scheme.
Hand-painted the chest with gunmetal and the collar with metallic red, then used DSPIAE & Ray Studio metallic markers for everything else, they really make the kit pop without needing an airbrush.

The minigun is glued on using a leftover part from my bootleg EZ-8 that would’ve gone to waste anyway.

The kit standing tall is about 50cm!! Also threw in a mini Gashapon for scale
