Is the leucistic fallow rare or is it like the mela jag where its uncommon? Cus i canr find it on the cotw wiki

This is my tent setup and the yellow is where i walk on the beach at night, i forgot to paint the north section but i do walk that too, i dont walk more cus usually the binoculars can spot the rest, i start by the north end. Check the lakes at which i have tents, and then check the south of the beach and yet im only finding 1-2 jaguars per cycle, am i doing something wrong?
