Help identifying a pick

So I saw spiritbox with evenesance and move twins in North Carolina and while I was moshing I got flicked in the head with this thing, I have since put it into a container and glued it shut (anyone who also plays guitar knows how easy picks can vanish) but I never caught who actually threw it and can’t make out the signature anyone have any idea if this is mikes or Josh’s pick? Feels a bit thin to be a bass pick but I play bass with my fingers so who am I to talk

what type of playstyle does arkhan encourage in comparison to katakros?

im new to AOS and ossiarchs im looking over the stuff with the 2 big named characters who arent nagash and im curious what type of playstyle both arkhan and katakros encourage (as in is one more about spells and one more melee) sorry if this question dosent make a ton of sense like i said im very new to this side of warhammer
