Has anyone else received this promotion? I deposited the 7 days and never received my points. I’ve been going back and forth with service and nobody seems to be able to help. First agent told me I qualified and I would have points by the end of the day. That never happened. Now I’m on my third agent and second escalation with no resolution in sight.
Every time I try to enter poker it takes me back to the login screen. I tried to chat now for help and an agent never joined the chat so I sent an email. Another post said representative tried to blame player. Email them and let them know it’s a them problem so they fix it. Can anyone get in?
About a year ago I won big on a slot I have never been able to play it again. Fast forward to me playing yesterday and turning $30 in $1500 now I’m unable to play any game like the one I was playing and it’s not limited to bovada I also tried on ignition and cafe and these games won’t load. I’ve been in contact with support and nobody can give me an explanation. Waiting on a response from my second escalation. All the tell me is “you’re not eligible for any compensation” I never asked for that. I asked for my favorite games to work. Anyone have any non sister sites to recommend?
