Why are people so anti nuclear

Nuclear energy is one of the most green while large scale power source. The radiation coming from a nuclear plant is less then from a coal plant. 1 uranium dioxide pellet is about 1 TON of coal and there are thousands of those pellets. And people complaining about nuclear workers problem is also not like they say it is in a gas power plant the injury rate of workers is up to 99%. Another thing is waste and this is actually the one I kind of agree with BUT we have so controlled and good storage that it isnt harm to us nor nature and in France they even recycle it to MOX fuel but takes a while and is expensive. Also accidents are catastropic but now a days it's super unlikely something even dangerous to the public happens rules keeps getting stricter and safety designs get better.

If you are anti nuclear tell me why I'm open to other opinions but keep it respectfull.

Why did you become a furry

I'm not a furry myself but I've always been curious about the community.

Why do people become furries in the first place? What is it that attracts you to it?

I'm also curious about fursuits. They're expensive and stand out easly. What makes you enjoy wearing a fursuit?

Past months and weeks I am getting more and more exposed to the furry community and the curiousity is taking the better of me.

Please keep the discussion respectful.

Furry roomates

I recently moved into a place where all three of my roommates are furries. I don't have a problem with them, and they've been good roommates.

The only thing I'm unsure about is that they sometimes wear their full fursuits around the house. Again, that's their choice and I don't want to tell them how to live. My concern is when I have friends or family over, because people have very different opinions about furries and some visitors might find it unusual.

Would it be rude to ask my roommates not to wear their fursuits when I have visitors over? Or should I simply tell my visitors beforehand so they know what to expect?

I'm trying to be respectful to my roommates while also avoiding awkward situations for guests.
