Inherited this guy from my aunt, dirt was black, hard as a rock, had a bit of rusted metal stuck in it and with orange roots. I’ve changed the soil out with some fresh potting mix a good bit of perlite and placed it in a fresh up. Gave it a good drink but it’s not woken up and I’m wondering if it’s too late for the poor thing.
