Who is this friend?

Southern Ontario. Additional question, is it safe to leave her around the area where my 6-pound cat and 4-pound dog like to hang out?

Oopsie. Changed DNS to public

Hi there! I need a little bit of help. I have an acer chromebook spin, in which I have two accounts. My main one where I keep artsy files and my secondary one where I keep university files. Just now, I logged into my main one to retrieve some drawings and found that my internet connection wasn’t working—even though I use the same internet connection for my secondary account. I tried using my hotspot, and it didn’t work. So, I went to mess with the internet settings, and clicked on changing my DNS to public/google servers (I’m not familiar with any of this, and thought it wouldn’t do anything.) It immediately logged me out of my main account, and now that I want to log back in, it says I do not have an internet connection. I’ve tried switching the proxy settings multiple times and nothing is happening, but the screen keeps reloading (video attached.)

The main problem is: I can’t log back in to change the DNS settings. My main account has the owner rights, and it’s the one I literally cannot access.
I refuse to just wash the computer or fully log out of the main account because everything I have is in there. In the past, my chromebook has suggested that if I cannot log back into my main account, they will delete every file in it once I try to recover it just in case I’m not actually the owner of the account.

I’ve tried: Restarting the computer. Logging out. Changing proxy settings to different IP addresses, both manual and automatic and google servers too (pardon the clunky wording.) I’ve tried to log in as a guest and change the settings, but still nothing. The settings are unchanged in my secondary account.

Can anyone help, or at least point me in a direction that might help? I wanted to back up all of my drawings to drive, but couldn’t do so before I messed up. Thank you for any advice!
