Deciphering my great-grandfather's contact book

I got a million of these names. I been going through them one by one and piecing together his history of his relations in the 50s.

I have found him not to be the greatest speller or writer but the most of time it's right. Some of these though are difficult to make heads or tails of.

Edit: I have a lead for the second photo. I just gotta wait to see if they respond but man none of the suggestions worked in the search engine. It's so frustrating.

Something about Jak 3 never made sense to me

He meets Ashlein in the Oasis right? She gives him the Seal of Mar and a jetboard then asks him to come back to the city. Jak exclaims that he's not coming back because he's done saving the world. The very next mission you're headed to the temple on your back to the city. My confusion is was there a missing scene somewhere? Was Jak like "I'm going to see what the door does in the temple and see where it takes me?" A little merry adventure into the unknown and also Pecker is magically there waiting.

I have compiled all the locations and a few levels aren't technically roamable places. I hit random and scattered the seeds around so these aren't in any particular order. I think doing two rounds a day is better than one because there is a lot more locations. If I missed any locations because it was kind of difficult to pile them into one thing then let me know and we can do a special round.
